EXPERIENCE:

Ms. Lang is a nationally recognized expert on internet research for business valuation and litigation support services. She is a frequent speaker to national groups on technology issues and conducts internet training seminars for corporations and trade associations.

Eva has been involved in numerous projects in the areas of business valuation, financial analysis, and technology consulting. She is an active leader in the valuation profession currently serving on the American Society of Appraisers Business Valuation Committee and is a past member of the Business Valuation Committee of the American Institute of CPAs.

She has served as a member of the American Society of Appraisers Business Valuation Standards Committee and on CPA committees at the state level in the areas of estate planning, litigation services, and management consulting services.

She is the co-author of The Best Websites for Financial Professionals published by John Wiley and Sons and has written for numerous financial publications including the AICPA CPA Expert, the Practicing CPA, and the Journal of Accountancy.

In 2004, she was named to the AICPA Business Valuation Hall of Fame for her contributions to the advancement of the business valuation profession.

Eva currently serves as the Executive Director of the Financial Consulting Group, the largest alliance of business valuation and consulting firms in North America. She writes and publishes the FCG Buzz electronic newsletter, maintains the Business Valuation Blog, and edits the FCG print newsletter Building Value.

She is a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Memphis, Tennessee where is an active volunteer serving on the Staff‐Parish committee, working with the Communications Ministry, and serving as a consultant to the planned giving program.
